With a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, Jesse has built RPG Construction into a trusted partner for clients seeking personalized building solutions- from barns, shops, garages, and barndominiums to decks, pergolas, siding, and more.

Jesse's Story
"My name is Jesse Rogacki, and I am the owner and builder behind RPG Construction LLC.
I grew up in Calhan, Colorado, where I’ve lived since I was 12 years old on a small farm. Growing up here taught me the value of hard work and gave me firsthand experience with the Colorado elements — wind, snow, and weather conditions that demand buildings be built the right way.
After high school, I left Colorado for a short time for work, where I was introduced to post-frame (pole barn) construction. I’ve now been building post-frame structures for 11 years, working for multiple companies both locally and nationwide. Over time, I noticed the same issues across the industry — a lack of pride in workmanship and poor communication with customers.
I knew there was a better way to do it.
To build the capital needed to start my own company, I went to work in the oilfield. Once everything was aligned, I left the oilfield and started RPG Construction in 2022 with a clear goal: build quality post-frame structures, communicate honestly, and stand behind the work.
In the early days, while building my reputation, I worked a full-time job and completed projects on weekends and any days off I had. Since then, I’ve built a trusted, established crew that has worked alongside me for the past five years, sharing the same standards and pride in craftsmanship.
Because I grew up here, I understand exactly what it takes to build in Colorado — from proper wind, snow, and dead load requirements to working with local inspections and conditions. When you hire RPG Construction, you’re not hiring someone behind a desk who never steps foot on the job site. I am personally involved in every project — from contract signing, to construction, to the final walkthrough — making sure everything is done according to plan.
My ultimate goal is simple:
